Dear members and friends of the Real Club de Golf Novo Sancti Petri,
As we announced in previous letters, the club has made a big change in the management platform as well as in the new website: realnovosanctipetri.com
All club information will be collected and updated on the new website. The events, tournament calendar, tennis and paddle, restaurants, maintenance of our fields, croquet, tournament reservations and, finally, online reservations for members for their daily green fees.
Booking of outings for members and their guests, as well as direct registration for tournaments, is available from tomorrow. From any device, phone, tablet, computer etc. and through the website:

Once the reservation web page is accessed, the user and password of the members will be requested, which in both cases is their membership number with the corresponding letter. This password must be changed in the first access in the application itself in the window of “profile”.
By using the online platform, members will be able to book 72 hours in advance, i.e., day of entry plus 3 additional days.
In order to make these reservations, the member must “charge balance”. in your account, balance to cover the amount of the reservation made: for example 4 members, at 7 € 18-hole tee time, would be 28 € balance. Members may pay for these tee times as usual when they pick up their tee time at the reception desk. Alternatively, they can ask the receptionist to charge it from their account balance.
All members will be able to cancel such reservations within 24 hours through the same web page. Failure to do so will result in a charge against the registered balance.
The booking page is easy to use, very intuitive and there is an additional guide/tutorial on a link on our website, as well as on iMaster (previous booking application link), right next to the calendar.
This online booking application identifies the database of members, therefore, if any member could not access please let us know the incidence to solve the database problem that may exist.
Additionally, the member can create a group of “favorites”. “favorites”, a list of other members or guests with whom they play regularly, which will facilitate the management of their daily online bookings.
We expect that next week the services of croquet court reservations, restaurant reservations, etc. will be available to all members on the club’s website.
We encourage all members to use this new tool, it will facilitate their reservations, as well as provide a better planning of them.
Finally, once again, we would like to remind everyone how helpful it is in the care and maintenance of our golf and croquet facilities to repair the greens. With the high occupancy in the summer season it is more necessary than ever to repair our greens, and some more, it will benefit all the players and our maintenance team will be grateful.
